Sylwia works on building Decacorn’s understanding of the digital ecosystem across industry segments and establishing investment cases, as well as helping the team and portfolio companies engage with business partners and investors from Europe and UK to reinforce our core philosophy of creating true cross border play.

With over a decade of deep operational experience spanning across healthcare, F&B and retail in Poland, Ireland and UK, Sylwia has helped several early stage startups build their operational stability in their critical growth years.

She moved base from London to Singapore in 2015 to broaden her horizon with exposure to the rapidly expanding startup footprint in South East Asia and India. She is proficient in Polish, German and English and is making efforts in learning Hindi
